My discount code does not work

Payment failed? Don't worry, wait 30 minutes and then try the code again.

  • Have you entered the code? Great! Click 'apply', wait for the confirmation and then complete your order.
  • Check: the discount code applies specifically to one product, so please pay close attention to which item it is valid for.
  • The code: it consists of 8 or 10 letters. Make sure you enter or copy it exactly like this (without spaces at the end!).
  • Valid until? Look at the date on your voucher. Has it expired? Try anyway, often we are a bit more flexible with the redemption period.
  • The code does not apply to a smaller size. Do you want a larger size? You can, for a small extra charge.
  • Each code is valid for one order. Do you have several codes? Please note that you pay shipping costs for each additional order. These are the rules for our daily offer.

When will I receive my order?

We do our best to deliver your order on the selected delivery date. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please fill in the form on this page to check the current status of your order.

I have received a damaged product

Of course we hope this does not happen, but it may happen that your order arrives damaged. To help you as much as possible, please use the contact options at the bottom of this page.

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will start working immediately. Unfortunately, we can no longer make changes or cancel your order at that point.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the product and is displayed in your shopping basket once you have added a product.

I have not received an order confirmation

We normally send an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately after your order. Not received? Don't worry, just follow these simple steps:

  • Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes our emails end up there.
  • Mark as 'not spam': Do you find our e-mail in your spam folder? Then mark it as 'not spam'. Future emails will then come straight to your inbox.
  • Check your account: Do you have an account with us? Log in to confirm that your order has been received correctly. You can also track the status of your order there.

Can I return my order?

Products with your own photo are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned. If you have ordered a product with a photo from our collection, you can return it.

My order is not complete

Did you not receive everything from your order? In most cases this is correct and multiple parcels are delivered. We ask you to wait at least 2 days after the promised delivery date. Is your order still not complete by then? Please contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

How do I order with a code?

You can enter a discount code or promotion code in your basket. Make sure you have products in your basket for which the code is valid.

How do I submit a good photo?

To submit a high-quality photo for perfect results, follow these steps:

  • Choose the original photo: Use the original, unedited photo directly from your camera or phone. Avoid using photos downloaded from social media such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Snapchat. These platforms often compress photos, which reduces quality and makes them less suitable for larger prints.
  • Check the resolution: For a clear and sharp print, make sure your photo has a high resolution. This is especially important for larger products. For smaller products, a lower-resolution photo can sometimes suffice. See our chart for specific guidelines.
  • Avoid edits: Try to send photos without filters or strong edits. This can reduce quality, especially when enlarged.
  • File format: Preferably send your photo in JPEG or PNG format. These formats usually preserve quality and are easy to use.
  • Alternative sources: If you don't have a suitable photo, you can find free and royalty-free photos on websites such as unsplash.com. Choose a photo there that suits your needs.

By following these tips, you will ensure that the submitted photo is of the best quality and produce a beautiful end result.
