If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there are two options:

Our photo products are made especially for you according to your specifications regarding image, size and options in our order tool, which means that the right of withdrawal does not apply. This also applies to images from our own collection or a selected photo on a partner platform. Of course, you can return the product if you have a justified complaint about the quality, if the product is damaged and/or if parts are missing. Please follow the following three steps:

Do you have a complaint? Comments or complaints about the product after receipt must be reported to us within 3 working days. 2. We will send you a return label
We will create a return label for you. We will send you this label by e-mail. Print this label and stick it on the return parcel. Then hand in the parcel at a DHL parcel drop-off point.
3. You will receive a new photo product, a credit or a refund.

A photo on canvas is nice, but what exactly is canvas? The word 'canvas' is derived from the 13th-century Anglo-French word 'canevaz' and the Old French word 'caneves', meaning 'made of hemp'. Canvas comes in many shapes and sizes. The best-known form is the painter's canvas. Great masters like Van Gogh and Rembrandt used it, and people still paint on canvas today. The canvas used to print your picture is made of cotton. The cotton canvas is coated with a special inkjet coating so that the colours of the photo can be reproduced beautifully, brightly and sharply.
A photo on canvas is a quality product and makes your photo shine! Your photo is printed on 300-gramme canvas. This canvas has a thickness of 0.41 mm. The inks are high-quality and UV-resistant. Your canvas can therefore hang in the sun without any problems. It cannot hang outside, however, as moisture can cause the inks to fade. You can choose between two frame thicknesses: 2 cm or 4 cm.
The price of your photo on canvas depends on the format, the thickness of the frame and the additional options you choose.

Your best photo is printed directly on the canvas at Onlywow. Thanks to the use of high-quality ink, your photo will be printed especially sharp! Thanks to this ink, your canvas is also UV-resistant. Unfortunately, it is not possible to hang your canvas outdoors. Moisture can cause the colours to fade.
The sides of your photo canvas are also printed with your photo. In our ordering system, the dark border (see image below) of your cut-out indicates which part of your photo covers the side of the canvas. For a photo on canvas with a 2 cm wide frame, slightly more than 2 cm is lost, for a frame with a thickness of 4 cm, 4.5 cm is lost on the sides.

To determine whether your photo is of sufficient quality to be printed, it is best to check the photo's pixel count. It is important that you upload the original photo, so ideally not a photo you received via social media or WhatsApp. If you did not take the photo yourself, ask the photographer to send it to you by e-mail. That way, the optimal number of pixels of the photo will be preserved.
- For a perfect print, your photo should ideally have a resolution of 800 x 1200 pixels and a file size of at least 800 KB.

Vinyl hob covers should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. For light soiling, clean water alone is often sufficient. For more stubborn stains, a mild soap solution can be used. It is important not to use abrasive cleaning agents or hard brushes, as these can damage the surface of the vinyl. After cleaning, the boards should be wiped thoroughly with clean water and then polished dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. This will keep the vinyl material protected and preserve its beautiful appearance.
Vinyl hob covers are heat-resistant to some extent, but are not designed for direct contact with the extremely high temperatures of a hob. Although vinyl remains stable and dimensionally stable at normal temperatures, the very high temperatures reached when cooking on induction or ceramic hobs can cause damage. This can lead to damage to the vinyl. It is therefore recommended to put vinyl hob covers on cooktops only after they have cooled down, to preserve the life and appearance of the covers.

The back panel is intended as a permanent solution. Removal from delicate surfaces may cause damage or crumbling. The adhesive layer reaches its full strength 24 hours after installation. The adhesive side is not suitable for reinstallation.
Clean them with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals. Remove acidic or strongly discolouring foods (e.g. tomato sauce, curry) immediately to avoid discolouration.
