RETURN

You are responsible for the costs of returning your order. You can purchase a standard return label from us from £2.95.
You can specify in the Returnista portal per item whether you want to return the product. Instead of a refund, you can choose to receive a discount code so you can easily order a new product. As soon as your return reaches us, we will immediately send you a discount code by e-mail.
It is not possible to return multiple orders in 1 package. One return must be registered per order number.
If we receive your photo products that do not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept them.
- Personalised photo products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or transport damage.
- Complaints or damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Reports outside this period cannot be processed.
- The costs of return shipment are to be borne by the customer, unless it is a wrongly delivered or damaged product.
- The product should - if possible - be returned in its original packaging.
- Products must not have been damaged through personal use or careless handling.
- Products that are specially tailored or with personalised content are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal.
- Do you opt for a refund or a discount code? Then the shipping costs previously paid will not be included in the amount to be refunded or credit.
