Return and withdrawal policy

Complaints and returns in case of defects

Our photo products that are customised especially for you based on your photo selection and the options you have chosen during the ordering process are excluded from the right of revocation in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to non-personalised products from our own collection, provided that no individual adaptation has taken place.

Regardless of this, you can advertise products at any time, provided there is a justified defect (e.g. quality defects, transport damage or missing parts).

In this case, proceed as follows:

1. ContactMail your complaint if possible within 4 working days of receiving the goods to: info@onlywow.nl Please attach photos of the defect if possible.You will usually receive a response within 24 hours.

1. ReturnsAfter checking your complaint, we will send you a return label. Stick this on the parcel and hand it in at a DHL parcel shop.

1. SolutionAfter receipt and inspection of the return, we will offer you an appropriate solution within 3 working days, such as: replacement delivery, credit note or refund

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

Effects of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your declaration of withdrawal.

We may refuse the refund until we have recovered the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is sooner.

We will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction for the refund, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods

• which are not prefabricated and

• for which an individual choice or determination by the consumer determines the manufacture, or

• clearly tailored to personal needs.

This applies in particular to our personalised photo products.

Return costs

For returns, we will provide you with a return label if necessary.
